Ensure your records are unopened and in their original shrink-wrap, or that merchandise is unworn and includes all original packaging.

Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Package Securely

Place the items in their original mailer or a sturdy corrugated box with appropriate padding to prevent any sleeve damage during transit.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
